Receive calls 

When you receive an inbound call, the Copper app turns into a phone, showing a bar at the top of the screen with the contact and phone number. Just click the contact name to open their record. Don’t have the number saved? You can add a new contact directly from the call bar.

Make calls 

When looking at the record of customer you need to call, you simply click-to-dial from the record in your Copper account. No need to switch between apps!

Log calls and notes

While on a call, you can take notes right from the call bar. Even if the call ends before you’re done jotting down your thoughts, the notes will stay open until you hit ‘Save.’ These notes will be saved with your call directly in the activity stream of the contact record. You never have to worry about losing call notes again! 

I’m interested. How do I start?

First, make sure you’re on the Copper Business plan and have a RingCentral Office Premium or Enterprise subscription for each user. Then you will be able to connect the two systems in your integrations settings in Copper.
